Xcode Developer for Language App

PhraseMates is a mobile app that allows users to learn a language and meet people from around the world. PhraseMates is published by VidaLingua, whose multilingual dictionaries have been downloaded by over 10 million users. PhraseMates is a social networking app with the potential to enhance the lives of billions.

We are looking for a partner with passion and persistence to develop the next update of PhraseMates for iPhone. The scope of this project is to implement improvements to account creation, translation requests and usability. A list of features is available as a zip file.

To respond, download PhraseMates from the App Store, read through the list of features requests, and provide a non-binding estimate of hours to complete each feature by email or via Upwork. If you are selected for the short list, we will provide more detailed specifications for some of the features and answer any questions you may have.

The person chosen for this project will work in paired programming mode with the founder of VidaLingua. I will be available by Skype to answer questions, test builds submitted through Github, and accept features in real-time.

Time commitment: miniumn of 8 hours per week to start, can evolve to part-time or full-time.

Location: Earth. We are distributed company with partners around the world. Our team can be found in Paris, Buenos Aires, Grand Rapids, Surat, Burlington, Los Banos and Sydney. Digital nomads and moonlighters welcome to apply.
